Booking will be accepted once a quote has been prepared and confirmed.

A quote will be sent out via email attached by a .pdf file. This will include:

• your required booking date and location
• an itemised list of your requirements, including the number of people involved
• an itemised cost for each requirement
• separate travel costs
• the total cost
• the due date for payment of your deposit
• my payment and cancellation terms

In order to complete this process I will need:

• a valid email address
• verbal or written agreement to the quote from yourself

Once agreed to by phone or email, I will send a booking confirmation by email which will include a booking reference which you must quote in any subsequent correspondence.

Alterations

If any changes are made to your requirements I must be notified immediately. I will then proceed to prepare and submit a revised quote which must then be confirmed by yourself.

Booking Date

Date is confirmed once deposit has been received. Once funds have cleared confirmation email will be sent.

Deposit

Bookings are subject to £25 deposit which is payable on agreement of your quote. Please note: Deposit for weddings differ and will be taken at the end of the makeup trial. I will ask you to sign an agreement for me to provide your makeup service on your wedding day. This will include a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your wedding day charge that will act as a cancellation provision and secure the wedding day date.

Balance Payment

Total payment of cost is due and payable on completion of assignment.
